Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 13, 2026
1. Introduction
Twitter365 ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Chrome extension, website (twitter365.com), and related services. We want to be transparent: the vast majority of data processed by our extension stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
2. Data That Stays on Your Device (Never Sent to Our Servers)
The following data is processed and stored entirely on your local device via chrome.storage. We have no access to it, and it never leaves your browser:
- Public profile information read from X/Twitter pages you visit (display name, avatar, and bio) — used only for display within the extension
- Timeline post data scanned by the Hot Post Scanner — processed locally to show trending posts
- Auto-interaction task queues, settings, schedules, and execution logs
- All scan results and interaction history
- Your X/Twitter session cookies, passwords, and authentication tokens — we never read, store, or transmit these
3. Data Sent to Our Servers
Only the following limited data is sent to twitter365.com, and only when you actively use these specific features:
- Account email — stored when you create a twitter365.com account, used for login and support
- AI Reply Generation — the post text you are replying to is sent to generate a suggested reply; the post content is deleted immediately after the reply is generated
- Creator Radar (opt-in only) — your X/Twitter username and the profile you submit (interests, topics, languages) are stored to enable creator matching; you can delete this at any time
- Credit balance — your credit/subscription status is managed on our servers
- Update check — the extension periodically checks for available updates (no personal data is sent)
4. Data Collected by the Website
When you visit twitter365.com, we automatically collect:
- Basic analytics (pages visited, features used) — anonymized
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- IP address
5. How We Use Your Information
- To provide auto-interaction and creator discovery features (processed locally)
- To generate AI-powered reply suggestions (server-side, not stored after generation)
- To operate the Creator Radar matching system (server-side, opt-in only)
- To manage your credit balance and subscription (server-side)
- To provide customer support
- To gather anonymized usage analytics to improve the product
6. Chrome Extension Permissions
Our extension requests the following browser permissions, each for a specific purpose:
- activeTab & tabs — to detect and interact with X/Twitter pages you have open
- scripting — to inject content scripts that read public profile information (display name, avatar, bio) from X/Twitter pages; this data stays in your browser
- storage — to save your settings, scan results, and task queues locally in your browser
- alarms — to schedule periodic tasks such as auto-interaction intervals
- cookies — to read your twitter365.com session cookie for authenticating premium API calls (NOT your X/Twitter cookies)
- host_permissions (x.com) — to access X/Twitter pages to read public profile information locally
- host_permissions (twitter365.com) — to communicate with our backend for AI replies, radar, and credit features
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. We may use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
8. Data Retention
Local data (stored in your browser): You have full control. Clear it at any time via your browser settings or by uninstalling the extension. We cannot access or recover this data. Server-side data (account, radar profile, credit history): Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of all server-side data at any time by contacting us.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All communication between the extension and twitter365.com is encrypted via HTTPS.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information
- Opt out of the Creator Radar at any time
- Clear all locally stored extension data via your browser
- Request a copy of or delete your server-side data
- Withdraw consent and delete your account at any time
11. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. The Chrome extension reads the twitter365.com session cookie solely to authenticate premium API calls — it does not read, store, or transmit your X/Twitter cookies to any server. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
