Twitter365 is an AI-powered Twitter automation tool that helps users generate tweets, schedule posts, engage with other users, and manage their Twitter accounts. The Service runs locally on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with Twitter/X's Terms of Service when using our tool
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account
  • You must not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and browser session. Twitter365 accesses Twitter through your existing browser session and does not store your credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Twitter365. Content generated by the AI on your behalf belongs to you. You grant us no rights over your generated content.

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Free tier features are available at no cost
  • Paid plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Early bird pricing is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active

7. Limitation of Liability

Twitter365 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Twitter/X against your account as a result of using automation tools. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results such as follower growth, engagement rates, or account performance. Results vary based on usage, content quality, and Twitter/X's platform policies.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration.
